Law Notes: Citizens for a Pro-Business Delaware praises Superior Court appointment

Citizens for a Pro-Business Delaware praised Gov. John Carney’s selection of a female Superior Court Judge and called for diversity to be a top priority in the appointment of a successor to retiring Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Leo Strine.
